Breakwater

A breakwater is a offshore structure made to protect harbors and marinas from waves. Protects from wave erosion. It is made by rocks and ruble then big rocks so it doesn't wash away.

What happened?
There was a mudslide that closed highway 30 near St.Johns Bridge.

Where did it happen?
It happened in Portland, Oregon and closed highway 30 near St.Johns Bridge.

Why it happened?
It didnt say

Who it affected and how?
It affected he citizens of Portland, Oregon because they couldn't use the highway and people couldn't get where they were going (like work, daycare, where ever)
